Tennis:
All boys, grades 6-8, interested
in trying out for tennis, please visit CentervilleTennis.com and
follow these steps:
The following forms need to be
completed, submitted to the Athletic Office, and cleared by the
athletic training staff before any prospective player can attend open court or
tryout. To ensure enough time for the process, please have all forms submitted
by ASAP to the Athletic Office. All forms can also be found on
the Athletic Department Website; Click below and hit the “More” tap for
all the forms:
Emergency Medical
Authorization Form
Sudden Cardiac
Arrest/Lindsey's Law Form
Most dates have been added to the

Tryouts and Practices will begin
Monday March 14, 2021, 5:00 – 6:30pm at CHS Courts. Come Dressed for the
weather and in your tennis attire and bring plenty of water as well.
Tryouts
and Practice for the first 3 weeks will be:
March
14, 17, 18, 21, 23, 5:00 – 6:30pm and Mar. 28 & 31: 4-5:30pm all at the CHS
Courts. Week 4 and beyond TBA.
Parent and Player Preseason Meeting, Thursday
March 10, 6:30pm inside Centerville HS, West Unit Room 122. Feel free
to email me if you need directions to the West Unit. Both the north and south
doors of the west unit will be unlocked for entry.

Meeting, Wednesday Mar 16th at 6:30pm in the CHS Main Gym.
There will not be a MS meeting following this, just a HS Meeting.
